Fixes:
      Fixed bad Created date in Workorders Complete algorithm. 8-8-12
      Completed and Canceled WO's were showing Created date vice Completed date. 9-8-12
      Bug Reports and Feature Requests now send user name and email as well. 10-8-12
      Fixed auto table width issues in Planned, Equipment and Locations pages. 10-8-12

Known Issues:
      Intermittantly will give MSQL error when loggin in. This seems to appear when user has not logged out before. Temp fix, simply refresh page and site will load properly.
