Additions:

  • Added Parts Reporting to the Reports page.
  • Added Single Entry mode to Metered PM generation. This uses a dropdown box for easy navigation.
  • Added Location column to Parts modules.
  • Added Backup and Restore functionality for all databases.
  • When editing Equipment, Locations are now in alphabetical order for easier searching.
  • Added Documentation for Uploading Equipment via .CSV.
  • Added Send Completed WO's to Pending for admins with techs.
  • Added Import Equipment listings from Spreadsheet .csv files.
  • Added print new workorder page after creation of new workorder.
Fixes:
  • Fixed issue when editing part listings get MySQL error.
  • Fixed issue with certain .csv files throwing errors and not uploading.
  • Fixed problem in Equipment .csv uploading where a file named with upper case extension (.CSV) would not upload.
  • Changed PM Documentation to include new Metered PM Options and clarifications.
  • Changed Metered PM listing to sort by Equipment Name.
  • Changed PM listing Next value on Metered PM's to read "Metered" instead of a value in the far future.
  • Fixed problem when adding new equipment where Notes Field was going to the Value field. (fixed in Rel. also).
  • When searching Locations will now order results alphabetically.
  • Fixed major issue with creating WO's via Email. Changed the way email addresses were being parsed which fixed the crash on some users during sending.
  • Fixed Equipment Reporting to include Priority, Serial #, Part # and Asset # and to report in the same order as .CSV file upload requires.
