If you keep your equipment documented in an Excel or other format that allows for .CSV file saving, you may easily configure and upload these files directly into SS-CMMS.
This allows you to quickly and easily add equipment (asset) information without having to do it manually one piece at a time.

What is a .CSV file? A .CSV file contains table information separated by a comma for delimination. Commas are used for horizontal delimination while line feeds (return) is used for verticle delimination. Excel and pretty much all other spreadsheat programs allow you to save data in this format. This allows 3rd party software to easily take this information and convert it to whatever format they need.
